I, of course, just had to enter. I think my idea of Lobster Ravioli is rather good. The flavour combination within would be lobster, butter, Dorset sour cream, dill and black pepper to create a luxurious and creamy taste. The lobster wouldn’t be as overpowering as Walker’s existing prawn flavour, and the pepper and dill would appeal to those who prefer sharper savoury tastes over the sweetness of Walkers’ more tomato based Prawn Cocktail variety.
