lavender beauty products

Today is National Stress Awareness Day, so I thought it apt that I share with you the latest relaxing lavender beauty products that I’ve been loving. As I’m sure you will know by now, I’m obsessed with this scent and I fill my house and my life with as much of it as possible as it really helps to calm me down.

Weleda Lavender Creamy Body Wash

Weleda Lavender Creamy Body Wash, £7.95, Weleda

This is such a lovely and luxurious-feeling body wash to use and I love how it is so affordable and has a strong scent. It’s certified natural and is suitable for Vegans and it is made with the softening, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory Organic Sesame Oil. This is a perfect product to use in your bath before bed, at the end of a stressful day – as both lavender and a hot bath really promote sleep.

Dr Organic Lavender Oil Moisturising Gel Socks, £15, Holland & Barrett

I am obsessed with wearing these socks in bed, as not only do they keep my feet warm, but they moisturise them too and relax my mind and body. The socks are lined with a moisturising gel that contains Jojoba Oil, Olive Oil and Vitamin E to soften and condition the skin on your feet. They also contain a potent blend of essential oils for relaxation – Lavender Oil, Jasmine Oil, Patchouli Oil, Bergamot, Ylang-Ylang, Sandalwood, Vetiver Root, Cedarwood Oil and Emerald Cypress Oil. These are an organic product and as the aromatherapy oils are on your feet, this really promotes overall wellbeing.

Kneipp Balancing Lavender Bath Salts

Kneipp Balancing Lavender Bath Salts, £8.95, Cult Beauty

These salts smell so strongly of lavender, which I love. This products combines pure and natural thermal spring salt with the relaxing and calming Lavender & Camphor Oils. Salts in your bath are great for targeting muscle soreness and fatigue, so these play a role in relaxing both your mind and your physical body. All you need to do is add 3/4 of a cap full to your bath water, then lay back and soak.

Have your tried any of these yet?
