With news just out that Aromatherapy Associates are collaborating with British Airways by giving First Class long-haul passengers skin essential kits featuring moisturiser and eye serum, I thought i’d share with you a current Aromatherapy Associates favourite of mine that’s perfect for long-haul travel.

Revive Body Gel is such a fabulous gel for muscle aches. My anti-depressant tablets give me leg muscle pain/cramps, and applying this cooling, soothing gel really helps. It smells great too.

It contains Grapefruit, Rosemary, Juniper, Pine and Damask Rose Water, and helps improve and maintain healthy circulation. It is also very cooling, and helps to even out skin tone and texture after massaging it in. For me, I use it as a cooling, refreshing and circulation-improving treat for my legs and ankles, and for that it works wonders. I can’t vouch for its cellulite-busting properties.

It would be amazing on long-haul flights, as you can apply it over tights/stockings to cool and improve circulation.
