Aromatherapy Associates are a favourite of mine, as their powerful scents really do relax me and improve my wellbeing.
The latest Aromatherapy Associates product that i’ve been using is the De-Stress Massage and Body Oil (£26 from Feel Unique).
The De-Stress Massage and Body Oil is the perfect bedtime treat. I apply it to myself (after inhaling the scent with a few deep breaths) on my shoulders, chest, and on the back of my neck. The scent really lingers for a long time and helps me drift off to sleep.
The oil has a handy pump dispenser which makes it mess-free to apply. It contains Arnica Flower and Lavender to relax, plus Rosemary and Ginger to support healthy circulation and ease tired muscles. The smell is beautiful and very potent- just perfect to fall asleep lathered in.
