I was looking for some comfortable and bright Summer trainers when Panchos Footwear asked me if they could send me a pair of their Aztec-themed creations. I instantly fell in love with the Raya Red Low Tops (£65).
They are so comfortable, and the fabric is beautiful. Panchos Footwear was founded in 2013 when the British owners were staying in Peru. They made friends with a shoe maker there, and formed a business relationship. The trainers are manufactured in Peru in a family-run workshop, and are made from Ilama wool and with dyes made in the Andes.
They have some really interesting and quirky designs and patterns, and also sell high-top varieties too. I find my trainers feel really unique to wear.
