Argh! I’m so frustrated right now. I’m on the hunt for a new pair of basic black knee-high  (or maybe just mid calf-high) boots for the colder weather. I had found the perfect pair (for a bargainous £20 from Very here; but the first of the two calf sizes I tried was too wide, and the second was too narrow)- so that’s them out of the picture.

I can’t be bothered to physically trek round the shops in the cold; which is why I love online shopping so much. However, dare I risk having to return a third pair of boots? It might be easier to just go with a mid calf-high option, and that would rule out the problem altogether.

Oh the decisions! Since i’m trawling online shoe stores, I thought i’d share my favourite boot finds with you…
