How amazing and unique are my new Tortoise Retro sunglasses (£75) from Colin Leslie Eyewear!?
Colin Leslie makes stylish and ethical sunglasses using vintage designs, ethically-sourced bamboo and recycled acetate. They all look really cool, and Emeli Sande and Olly Murs are fans of the brand.
My sunglasses are from their Eco Unit.T Collection, and have a recycled acetate frame, along with hand-crafted bamboo arms. They are 100% eco, and even come with a pouch (soft for cleaning lenses) made from recycled drinking water bottles.
I just adore how these look on me, and they have fast become my favourite pair of sunglasses that I own.
I especially love them with a sleek ponytail, as it puts the focus all on the glasses. I’ve used Black & White Pluko Hair Dressing Pomade (£4.65 from Boots) to get my hair so smooth- it’s a great-smelling styling wax that gets rid of all my flyaway hairs so easily, without looking greasy.
