The Body Shop Strawberry Body Sorbet, £8
Now that we are getting some sunshine, this has been a delightful product to use this month. It has a refreshing gel-like formula- a great cooling Spring/Summer alternative to a traditional cream body moisturiser. My skin is left extremely soft (it gives up to 24 hours of hydration), and smelling of fresh strawberries.
Scentchips Wax Melts, £2.99
Talking of strawberries, these wax melts are fabulous, and the strawberry ones are my favourite. They have a powerful scent throw, and the little leave-shaped chips look so cute. There are a huge variety of scents if strawberry isn’t your bag- I can recommend the Vanilla and Lavender ones too, and you can always mix and match.
NYX Eyebrow Cake Powder, £5.99
This handy little brow-taming compact contains two shades of eyebrow powder, brow setting wax, a useful spoolie and a slanted brush. The shades in the brown one are just perfect for me, and this kit gives me excellent long-lasting colour and hold.
NYX Butter Lipstick in Pops , £7
Another favourite this month from NYX. I have been loving the formula and shade of this Butter Lipstick. It is very creamy and hydrating, and you can wear it quite sheer or pack it on for an intense look. I think this dusky brown-toned pink is an ideal alternative to Spring brights. I can’t find where to buy this exact shade online in the UK at the moment (if in US, follow the above link); but there are other shades available from Very.
TOMA Nail Polishes, £7.25
I have just discovered this brand, and love their high-quality, long-lasting nail polishes. The formula is thick and opaque- you only need one coat (two will just give a slightly darker shade)- and they really keep their glossy shine. They have a great selection of Summer brights with a hint of pearl, and I have been wearing Strawberries & Cream (a fuchsia pink, unlike its name) and Orange Blossom (a bright tangerine).
Bare Minerals Ready Blusher in The Faux Pas, £22
This delicate pink blusher is the perfect shade for Spring. I’ve been wearing it nearly every day in Match. It’s very pigmented, and long-wearing too. Perfection!
