I got this gorgeous Tall Blue Chiffon Tile Print Kimono (£14.99 from New Look) last week, and I love it. I’ve already worn it multiple times, as it’s a great cover-up for these warmer days.

This one is very thin and light, and I love its Morrocan-influenced pattern. It’s very loose fitting- I do know kimonos are meant to be very roomy; but I’d definitely recommend going a size down with this. Mine is a size 16, and with hindsight, I should probably have gone for a size 14 with this item.

There are so many ways you can wear a kimono like this- on the beach over a swimsuit or bikini, dressed up with some sparkle for a night out; or just over a plain basic vest top for a casual dressed-down look.

New Look have an incredible number of kimonos available this Summer, so I’ll definitely have to pick up a few more in different prints and colours.
