A couple of months ago I reviewed another of Sleek MakeUP’s highlighting palettes, Precious Metals (here). Sleek have now produced another highlighting hit with their new Solstice palette (available nationwide from today). The Precious Metals palette had three cream shades and one powder, whereas the Solstice palette is made up of one cream and three beautiful powder shades.
From top left to bottom right, there’s cream Ecliptic (a pink rose gold), followed by baked powder Hemisphere (a pink-lilac), silky powder Subsolar (a pale yellow) and baked powder Equinox (an orange gold). They are all so pigmented, smooth and finely milled.
All of these shades glide on like a dream and look stunning. There are instructions on the box as to where to put each of them on your face, but you don’t need to follow these- just do what works best for your skin tone. I’d say that the pink-lilac Hemisphere is definitely one for the cheekbones though.
You can pick this up from Boots and Superdrug stores for the bargain price of £9.99. Do you like the look of this palette?
