My love for Vichy is continuing with their Aqualia Thermal Awakening Eye Balm. It has a gel formula that is so lightweight and cooling. Whenever I go and get a facial, the therapist always tells my that the area around my eyes is dehydrated- this balm is designed to hydrate the eye contour area, so it’s perfect for me.
The Vichy Aqualia Thermal Awakening Eye Balm (£15 from www.boots.com) has a velvet-smooth texture that melts into the skin. It utilises Vichy Thermal Spa Water, Hyaluronic Acid and Caffeine to refresh and awaken the skin; diminishing the appearance of dehydration lines and dark circles, reducing swelling and performing some healthy plumping action. There’s also an infusion of Glycerine in there to help the area retain the added moisture all day long.
The bottle comes with a pump dispenser, and all you need to do is press it once to get exactly the amount you need. I find that it works best if you gently massage it in to your skin instead of just patting it on like with most eye creams. It leaves your skin very smooth, so makes for a perfect base for makeup too.
Have you tried this eye balm?
