If you follow me on Instagram or are a regular reader of my blog, you’ll know that I love stationery. I’m obsessed with it. If it’s pretty, I need it- even if I have 20 spares waiting at home. I don’t really need an excuse to get new stationery, but you couldn’t find a better one than a new year. So, to start off 2016 right, I have lots of lovely new bits and pieces.
A new diary is a must. However I, of course, need three. I use one as a blog planner- this pretty gemoetric triangle one (£9.25) from Collins Debden‘s fashion range. It is a day to a page, so I can keep track of not only a blog post title, but all the products that I want to include in that post and details of what photos I need to take for it. I had to get the triangle notebook (£4.99) with elastic fastening to match too though didn’t I! I also have a pink and gold polka dot week to two pages diary from Paperchase (£9.99) that I use as a desk diary to keep details of all my appointments, events and editorial deadlines for my freelance writing work. I carry a third mini diary in my handbag too- it’s basically just a copy of what’s in my larger desk diary. You can’t say that I’m not organised!
I have a pretty serious notebook habit and I am rapidly running out of space. This didn’t stop me however, from picking up a set of three cute polka dot notebooks (£5.99) from Collins Debden. These are lined and are the perfect handbag size. I also got some coloured Sharpie Pens (£4.84 for 4) from the Collins Debden site. I love these as they are waterproof and write on every surface possible.
I write a lot of handwritten letters, so I love my new kraft brown paper floral stationery set (£10) from Paperchase. It’s exactly my style and I can’t wait to pimp the envelopes up with some bright washi tape.
Finally, I’ve been loving pretty raindrop prints lately with all this dull January weather. I got a cute raindrop pen (£2.50) from Paperchase, the most amazing raindrop notebook (£4.99) from Collins Debden and a raindrop A4 lined paper refill pad from Paperchase.
