It’s time for my monthly fashion and lifestyle favourites again, and there are only four things that I’ve really loved throughout January. The first are these cool sunglasses from Tens. Yes, we’ve had an incredible amount of rain here in the UK, but the sun has still been out and when I have been in the car, these have been amazing. Tens are a Scottish brand that wanted to design sunglasses where your bright view of the world isn’t substituted for lifeless shade, so they created a lens to shield you eyes from the sun but keep your view just as vibrant at the same time. These sunglasses are their Classic Style in Black (£64) and they are so comfortable and look super-stylish.
A book I’ve been really enjoying and finding very useful over the past month is Fashion Hacks by Caroline Jones (£7.99 from Carlton Books). It is full of so many useful fashion tips- from styling, to storing your clothes and repairing them. It’s a must for every shopaholic!
I’ve also been loving an adult colouring book that I got for my Christmas. Parisian Street Style: The Colouring Book by Zoe de Las Cases (£6.99 from Amazon) is full of delicate line-drawing of street style, garments and accessories for you to colour in or draw patterns on to create your own dream clothing.
Finally, I have been loving this handbag that I got for Christmas and not just because it is in one of Pantone’s 2016 colours of the year. This faux snakeskin-textured shoulder bag from River Island (£22) has gold hardware and a snake chain strap (or it can be used as a clutch too). I think it’s so pretty and feels a lot higher quality than you would expect from the high street.
What were you loving in January?
