I’M BACK, and it’s with some of Lush’s new Spring range. This year’s products are particularly bright and colourful, which I love.
First up, I’ve been using the Bouncy Bunny Shower Jelly (£3.95) in every shower. It’s a new product and smells amazing- an intense orange citrus scent, with that Lush sweetness behind it that you smell when you walk past a store. The orange scent comes from the uplifting Brazilian Oil (which brightens and tones the skin), and it also has carrageenan oil to soften too.
For Easter, Lush’s Rose Bombshell Bath Bomb (£3.95) has made a return for Mother’s Day. It has a delightful rose scent with a touch of citrus behind it. It contains Rose absolute, rose oil, Sicilian lemon and geranium oils to soften the skin, and it explodes into a pretty pink burst with bright yellow rose petals. Complete luxury!
Lush’s new soap for Spring 2016 is the Sunrise Soap (£4.25). It has a pretty pink to yellow ombre design to represent a sunset, and I love the happy orange scent. It contains tangerine and Sicilian mandarin oils, as well as a murumuru and tofu core. This soap is really enjoyable to use and leaves my hands feeling really soft.
This Easter, Lush’s famous Bunch of Carrots Bubble Bar (£6.25) has made a return, but with a colourful twist. Instead of just being orange, you get a trio with pink and purple too. You hold the carrots under your running bath tap for colourful bubbles and a reviving grapefruit, lemon and buchu oil scent.
Finally, I’ve had a try of the new Mother’s Day Flowering Tea Bubble Bar (£4.95). This cute tea bag should be held under your running tap to ‘brew’ a flowery blend of mood calming and uplifting neroli and rosewood oil, and orange absolute. You can reuse this bubble bar, so you’ll get a good few baths out of it.
Have you tried any of these yet?
