You may remember that I had a whole new bathroom fitted last year around Christmas-time. This year, before the cold weather really sets in, I want to get some more new furniture, storage and gadgets for my bathroom to make it a really cosy and stylish pamper space for winter.
In terms of gadgets, I love to listen to audiobooks in the bath, and at the moment, I do this by sitting my phone on the toilet seat. I’d love to have a built-in audio option instead and I fell in love with this Nellis Demist Audio Bathroom Cabinet (£370.49 from Illuminated Mirrors) which has a mirror frontage that lights up.
On the decorative side, I currently have a boring white shower curtain, so I really want to update it. I need this epic Marble Collage Shower Curtain (£46 from Society6) instead, as it looks so chic. Since we’re talking textiles, no bathroom is complete without a bathmat. I like to buy a couple of the same design so that I can switch when one is getting washed. I love the colour of this Espirit Event Pink Bath Mat (£29 from Benuta).
Something I am seriously missing from my bathroom is a bin. I am constantly trapsing down to the kitchen with my micellar water-soaked cotton pads. This Collier Copper Peddle Bin (£25 from Habitat) will look so nice.
As you can well guess, I have so many beauty products in my bathroom and additional storage space is always welcome. I think that a bath rack would come in very handy to keep a scented candle on, my current favourite products and a glass of red wine. I love this Heritage Bronze Bath Rack (£79.95 from Victorian Plumbing) as it goes really well with the marble shower curtain.
Finally, I couldn’t not add this to my list when I was browsing – I’m really into mixing metals at the moment, so the Detroit 3-Piece Bathroom Set (£59.99 from Wayfair) caught my eye immediately.
Have you added any of these to your shopping list too?
