I have 9 new shades of the Rimmel The Only 1 Matte Lipsticks* (£6.99 from Superdrug), so I wanted to share the swatches with you. There are some perfect winter colours and I love the formula of them too.

These matte lipsticks are so pigmented and they feel very comfortable on the lips. They have a true matte finish and have the long-lasting power of a matte lipstick, but they have such a creamy formula – the perfect combination. The shades above are 110 Pink a Punch (a salmon pink), 120 Call The Shots (a coral-toned red) 200 Salute (a brown-toned nude), and 500 Take The Stage (a true bright red).

I also have shades 610 High Flyer (a muted brown-toned pink), 700 Trendsetter (a light brown-toned nude), 750 Look Who’s Talking (a dark brown), 800 Run The Show (a vibrant purple) and 810 The Matte Factor (a burgundy). The only thing that I don’t like about these lipsticks is the flat slanted tip as I find it tricky to get an accurate application round my lip line. I much prefer pointed bullets.
