I wanted to share with you how I am wrapping my Christmas gifts this year, as you really enjoyed last year’s festive gift wrapping post (here). This year I got all my paper, tags and ribbon at WH Smith and my embellishments at Hobbycraft. I created three different gift wrapping styles using the same rolls of paper.
To wrap all of my gifts this year, I used three different rolls of wrapping paper from WH Smith – the Kraft Glitter Tree & Stag 2 Pack (£8.99) and the Luxury White Snowflakes on Kraft 2 Pack (currently sold out online). I also got their White 5m Pom Pom Christmas Ribbon (£2.49) and their Red Tree Christmas Gift Trim (99p). Finally I picked up their Festive 30 Piece Luxury Christmas Accessories Pack (£4.49). From Hobbycraft, I stocked up on their Assorted Pom Pom Value Pack (£5), their Christmas Sparkle Pom Pom Bumper Pack (£4), their Decorative Christmas Bells (£2.50) and their Gold Glitter Alphabet Stickers (£1.50). I also collected various bits of wood, faux berries, dried orange slices, candy canes and cinnamon sticks and I scented all the tissue paper I wrapped my gifts in with the Zoella Beauty Bake My Day Fragrance (£10 as part of set from Superdrug) as it smells so festive, like sweet Christmas baking.
The All-American Christmas Look
This gift wrapping style is all about the modern all-American Christmas, with candy cane stripes and red, white & green colours. This is what I think of when I think about Christmas.
The Rustic Scandi Look
This style is all about the Scandi look, nature and foraged items. This is a very traditional look and what I imagine Lapland would be decorated like.
The Bright & Colourful Look
This is a great style for people who don’t really do Christmas the traditional way and who love colour. There are touches of neon and you can use all the colours of the rainbow.
How are you wrapping your gifts this year?
