Intensely hydrating sheet masks are my favourite, as moisture is what my skin needs the most. This is one of these masks and really is a joy to use. It hydrates, has anti-aging benefits and is delightfully refreshing.

The Timeless Truth Glacial Snow Algae & Hyaluronic Acid Bio Cellulose Mask (£7.90 from Timeless Truth) is the latest addition to their award-winning range of bio-cellulose sheet masks. It combines the innovative ingredient of Glacial Snow Algae with Hyaluronic Acid.

Glacial Snow Algae is an extract from a plant found on the glaciars and in compact snow in Switzerland. It promotes the regeneration of damaged skin cells, boosts collagen production and preserves the longevity of healthy skin cells by stimulating the Klotho gene (which is the gene responsible for the logenvity of our skin cells). Glacial Snow Algae is both a corrective and preventative ingredient for those with loss of collagen/aging skin. 

This mask also contains an intense hit of Hyaluronic Acid (our skin’s natural hydrator that depletes with age), making our skin plumper, smoother and more radiant. Team these with the bio-cellulose fibre mask, which can hold up to 100X its weight in serum and helps get active ingredients deep into the skin fast, and you have a really powerful concoction.

This mask makes my skin feel so cool and refreshed, it plumps out fine lines around my eyes, plumps and firms my skin and makes it feel baby soft.
