This month’s Glossybox is a collaboration with the humourous Deliciously Stella (not to be confused with Deliciously Ella) and it has a detox theme – full of products containing healthy, edible ingredients. It has some really nice products in it, so I wanted to share it with you.
There are four skincare items in this month’s box and one makeup. I’d have liked to have seen more of an equal divide, but I think this is a really good box* (from as little as £8.50 plus P&P per month from Glossybox). The first product is a miniature single eyeshadow from The Balm from their Meet Matt(e) Timmony Palette (£34). You’ll get one of two aubergine shades, with a creamy texture and great colour pay-off.
You all know how much I love my sheet
masks, so I was delighted to find one I hadn’t tried yet in this box.
The Vitamasques Manuka Honey Face Mask (£3.99) is really pleasant to use
and leaves your skin feeling really soft, smooth and hydrated.
The next product is a full-size cleanser that I’ve been using so often since opening this box. It’s a cross between a cream and a milk in texture and has a lovely tropical fruit scent. The Unani Illuminate Milk Cleanser (£14) is completely amazing at removing even the most stubborn eye makeup with its natural oils. Another facial skincare product in the box is a deluxe travel size of the Nip & Fab Kale Fix Moisturiser (£19.95). I haven’t personally tried this, but it’s supposed to really enrich the skin and protect it against environmental aggressors. It’s packed with lots of superfood ingredients such as kale, watercress and almond oil, as well as shea butter and aloe vera.
Finally, the fifth product is another full-size one. The True Organic of Sweden All You Need Is Me! Multi-Purpose Balm (£19.99) is all natural and organic and you can put it anywhere you have dry skin. You can even use it to smooth out the ends of your hair.
Next month’s Glossybox is Valentine’s Day-themed and is a collector’s edition with an exclusive box design. Subscribe now if you want to bag yourself one.
