Paul & Joe Beauty is known for it’s cute and quirky packaging and their coming soon Spring 2017 collection does not disappoint. It’s inspired by the romance of Paris in the springtime. They have lovely new cat-shaped lipsticks, blushers, pearlescent primers, compacts, eyeshadow trios, and cat-embossed face and eye palettes. I’ve picked out two of the new releases that you simply must have.

There are three new Eye Colour Trios* (£23 available soon from Selfridges) and three empty patterned Compacts* (£7 available soon from Selfridges) – one of the compacts is white with a delicate floral print, one is bold and geometric and one has a cute bird print (014). I had to get one of the new compacts and fell in love with the bird-print one. There is also a new pink-toned Eye Colour Trio, a green-grey-toned one and a purple-toned one. 

The eyeshadows are all shimmery, buttery in texture and highly-pigmented. They blend beautifully and are very long-lasting too. I love wearing the middle shade of this trio (12 Violet Candy) on it’s own, just as a wash of colour over my whole lid.

There are also three new pink and gold-toned Face & Eye Colours* (£25 available soon from Selfridges) that all have a different patterned box. I have Poupounette, which comes with a pretty pink kitty-print lid. It has three different shades – a copper, a white and a pink that can be applied seperately on the eyes or swirled together for your cheeks. The copper is just stunning and really packs a punch all over your eyelids. Mixed together, you get a natural, shimmering, brown-toned pink blush that highlights the cheekbones. I am obsessed with the fluffy white applicator you get too, as it looks like a kitten’s foot.
