As usual, Lush have released a brilliant line-up of products for Easter, with lots of colour and happy, mood-boosting scents. I’ve picked out the five products from the Easter range that you need to try; whether you are a Lush fan or a newbie.
First up is their Wash Behind Your Ears Shower Gel (£5.95 from Lush). This bright orange delight gets its colour from its fresh carrot ingredient and it has a bright, uplifting floral scent from Rose Oil, Neroli Oil and Jasmine Absolute. It feels lovely on the skin and really softens it, with its conditioning organic Sunflower Oil.
Another cleansing product that is worth picking up is the Lush Chocolate Easter Egg Soap (£4.20). This doesn’t look or smell like its name would suggest. It’s a neon yellow, green and pink soap that has a sweet citrus scent from its Grapefruit Oil, Sicilian Lemon Oil and Vanilla Absolute. This goes into a lovely creamy lather that feels really indulgent – perfect for Easter. The vegan white chocolate and Extra Virgin Coconut Oil ingredients leave skin incredibly soft.
Lush is most famous for its bath bombs and they have created some giant, bumper, egg-shaped ones for Easter. The most fabulous of them is the Chick ‘N’ Mix Bath Bomb (£6.95) as it looks cute, has a cool design and can be used for more than one bath. You can seperate the top and bottom sections of this egg and inside you’ll find a miniature bath bomb. You can put the whole thing in your bath for a comforting and calming dark green Tonka Absolute and Bergamot Oil experience, or you can use it in two less intense halves.
Another huge egg-shaped bath bomb I think you’ll love is a Lush Kitchen exclusive that you can buy on the Lush site. The Intergalactic Egg Bath Bomb (£5.95) is basically just a larger, more fun version of their popular Intergalactic Bath Bomb. You’ll get a bright, multi-coloured fizzy bath with this and its a perfect bath bomb for morning baths due to its awakening Peppermint Oil and Grapefruit Oil. Start the day right with this!
Finally, I want to share with you another Lush Kitchen exclusive – the Lava Lamp Egg Bath Bomb (£). Again, this is a larger (double-sized in-fact), Easter version of their popular Lava Lamp Bath Bomb. This 60s-themed delight will turn your bath bright orange with orbs of dark purple. It has a refreshing orange-citrus scent that smells so fresh. There’s Orange Flower Absolute, Sicilian Mandarin Oil and Tangerine Oil, as well as luxurious Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter. You’ll want a Terry’s Chocolate Orange once you’ve had a soak in this.
Have you tried anything from the Lush Easter range?
