This month’s Glossybox beauty subscription box* (£10 per month plus P&P from Glossybox) is a great one. If you have been thinking about starting a Glossybox subscription, I’d do it now, as this month’s is an amazing value for money box to get as your first one.The first product in the box is the big ticket money item – the product that makes this box incredible value for money. You get a full month’s supply (worth £39.99) of Beauty Beneath Supplements. These vitamin and mineral capsules are designed to improve the look and feel of your skin from the inside out. You take one pink and one purple capsule every day. They contain 19 essential nutrients for healthy and glowing skin, and help boost collagen production to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It takes around one month for you to start to experience the effects of these supplements, so this is a great way to try them basically for free.
Two other great value products in this month’s box are both full-size and both worth £22 each. The Evelyn Iona Cosmetics Green Tea Primer is a cruelty-free and vegan product. It contains moisturising ingredients such as avocado oil and green tea extract, to nourish your skin and give you a great base for makeup; reducing the appearance of large pores and fine lines. The Apicia Cream Blush is rich in organic bee pollen to nourish the skin and its a product that can be really built up in colour intensity. You can dab on just a tiny bit to the apples of your cheeks for a gentle flush of colour, or you can apply some more layers for a pop of colour. This blush comes in a deep coral pink colour that’s suitable for all skin tones.
Another full-size product you get in the box is a nail one. The Nail Medic Nail and Cuticle Energizer (worth £5.99) look beautiful and is a purple and pink bi-phase. It’s a hydrating, nourishing and strengthening oil that contains a mix of vitamins and plant extracts, such a eucalyptus and lavender. You massage this into your cuticles and nails so it can get to work on brittle nails, split cuticles and dry skin. This is my new favourite nail oil!
Finally, you get a travel-size bottle of the Dr Botanicals Moroccan Rose Superfood Facial Oil (full-size worth £55). It’s quite a generous sample that would be more than enough for a fortnight’s holiday and beyond. You pop three drops on your fingertips, then gently press it into your skin. Moroccan Rose is an excellent source of Vitamins A and C, plus antioxidents to protect the skin against free radical damage. This oil, full of skin-loving vitamins and minerals, will nourish, rejuvenate and hydrate your skin.
If you are interested in receiving this box and starting a Glossybox subscription, you can subscribe here. I can also give you a sneak peek inside February’s box, where you’ll recieve a glow-giving makeup setting spray as one of your five products.
