There are 5 great products, from a hair mask to a face scrub. The box is full of summer essentials and is a great way for you to discover new brands.Let’s start with haircare. The Novex Mystic Black Deep Hair Mask (full-size worth £11.95) comes in a very generous sample size – enough to get 2-3 treatments dependant on your hair length. The mask is designed to hydrate your hair, and tackle frizz, tangles and split ends. It’s formulated with conditioning baobab oil, and it’s free from any nasty chemicals. The mask smells really fresh and fruity, and it’s the perfect treat for your hair after a day at the beach.There’s also a makeup item in the box that’s made to give you that bronzed summer look. The full-size Laritzy Cosmetics Bronze Shade Stix (worth £18) is from a brand that i’ve never heard from before. It’s a cruelty-free and paraben-free matte cream contour stick and bronzer. It has a lightweight creamy texture that blends beautifully. The shade is too warm for me, as I prefer a cooler contour; but it will suit some complexions.The other three products in this month’s box are skincare items. The first is a great addition to the box as it’s a really expensive product. The Gatineau Strategie Jeunesse Firming Throat Gel (worth £49) is designed to firm and tighten the neck area. It’s a light gel that you apply in upward strokes over your throat and up to your chin bones. It smoothes the skin and visibly tightens with a complex of powerful vitamins. We so often tackle our face with our skincare and neglect our necks, so this is a great chance to focus on that area in your beauty routine.Next is a travel-sized Nip + Fab Exfoliate Glycolic Scrub Fix (full-size worth £9.95). This scrub combines physical exfoliation with chemical exfoliation, as the scrub contains a potent blend of acids to buff away dead skin cells. There’s 3% glycolic acid, salicylic acid and fine-grains. Use this once per week to have glowing, radiant skin.Finally, in this month’s box, you get a full-size Monu Eye Cool Gel (worth £24.95). This product is perfect for hot summer days, as it’s so lightweight and cooling. I like to apply it to my whole eye area to soothe, hydrate and refresh. I wouldn’t swap a good anti-ageing eye cream for this, but it’s a great addition to your handbag or beach bag for a instant pick-me-up.
