    JUNE 2020 FAVOURITES

    July 1, 2020 in BEAUTY
    june 2020 blogger favourites

It’s time for my monthly favourites again! There is a good mix of homey lifestyle items, as well as beauty and fashion. I hope you discover a new love. Keep staying safe out there! Good things are ahead!

Ermana Hydrate Organic Rose Water Mist* – £18, Ermana

This is such a lovely facial mist. I like to have a mist by me as play, work and sleep. This one is from a small, independent British beauty brand. It’s organic and I use it just to refresh my skin. It has a beautiful rose scent, which relaxes me too. It’s hydrating, soothing (even for inflammation, excema and sunburn) and also has antibacterial and antioxidant properties. Rose water really is wonderful!

Ameliorate Intensive Foot Treatment* – £15, Space NK Affiliate

Get £10 off your first £40 order at SpaceNK via my affiliate link above! This is a gloriously rich foot cream that also contains AHA acids to gentle exfoliate your feet to remove dead skin cells. If you have rough feet or cracked heels, this will help to resurface them and keep them moisturised with its shea butter, glycerin and jojoba oil. A summer must-have!winOnline Giveaways – Instagram, Luxury Spas UK & more…

I have been enjoying running giveaways over the past month to give something back to my followers for getting over 10K. I’m now at 11.2K followers. I am currently giving away some luxury home fragrance and skincare from Polo Beauty over on my Instagram. I’ve also been enjoying entering some giveaways – Luxury Spas UK currently have a giveaway to win a stunning hot tub!Malbrontes 2018 Malbec & Torrontes Mendoza Argentina WineMalbrontes 2018 Malbec & Torrontes Mendoza Argentina Wine – £11.29, Independent Wine

Red wine is my wine of choice, always. I like a sweet rose too, but more often than not, I will go for a red. Malbec is my favourite and this is a beautiful one. It’s 95% Malbec grape and 5% Torrontes grape. It’s rich, but very smooth and easy to drink. It’s soft on the palette, well rounded, with lots of fruity notes. I’ll definitely be ordering this again!AnnLi'Co Collagen Eye MaskAnnLi’Co Collagen Eye Mask 30 Pairs* – £12.99, Amazon

I don’t know anyone who doesn’t love a hydrogel under-eye mask. These ones are great. They stay in place and don’t drop down your face, and they moisturise, hydrate, plump and soften the eye area. I keep mine in the fridge for an extra cooling treat. They are Vegan and 100% natural and they are designed to combat signs of ageing by helping prevent lines and wrinkles. At the very least, these eliminate fine lines instantly and really brighten up the under-eye area.

Check out last month’s May 2020 Favourites too!Ornatus Blade Heather RugOrnatus Blade Heather Rug – £189, Ornatus

I do love unrolling a brand new rug. I wanted to add an additional rug to the living room. This one is about the size of a double bed. I just adore the rich lilac colour and it fits perfectly with the other pops of colour in the room. It’s so soft too. Love it!The Organic Pharmacy Rose Facial Cleansing GelThe Organic Pharmacy Rose Facial Cleansing Gel* – £49, The Organic Pharmacy

OMG, this cleanser is heavenly; but you all know that i’m a rose addict! This has such a beautiful, intense rose scent, so if you don’t like rose, you won’t like this. It’s a luxurious-feeling gel cleanser that I love for a morning cleanse as the scent relaxes me for the day ahead. It’s vegan and is 64% organic (to be exact). The fragrance comes from the rosehip extract and rose geranium extract. It’s calming and soothing for the skin, and even has calendula and aloe to further aid this. Great if you have redness or inflammation. It’s hydrating and leaves my skin feeling so clean and replenished.Annabelle Minerals Cornflower Mineral EyeshadowAnnabelle Minerals Cornflower Mineral Eyeshadow* – £9.90, Annabelle Minerals

I don’t use loose powder anything now. I’m all about cream products mainly. However, the colours of the loose mineral powder eyeshadows from Annabelle Minerals just took my breath away on screen, so I knew they would be better in real life. I am addicted to this stunning cornflower blue shade. The lilac is just beautiful too. They are so pigmented and the pot you get is so big! Don’t be scared of colour and give them a go!Glossier Pink HoodieGlossier Pink Hoodie – £42, Glossier Affiliate

Get £10 off your first Glossier order via my affiliate link above. I don’t really have to say anything about this. It’s a) Glossier, b) a hoodie and c) pink – home run! So soft and comfortable, and a thick, luxurious sweatshirt fabric.Polo Home Collection Velvet Rose & Oud Scented Room SprayPolo Home Collection Velvet Rose & Oud Scented Room Spray* – 49 Euros, Polo Beauty

This is my friend Scarlett’s brand and she sent me this from her home in Spain. She is the Editor of the luxury magazine I write luxe travel content for – Polo & Lifestyle Magazine. Her home fragrances are stunning. They are so concentrated and you don’t need to spray much to fill a room for hours. Velvet Rose & Oud is my favourite fragrance from Jo Malone (joint with Jasmine Sambac!) and this has all the beautiful fragrance notes that I love. All her products are Vegan, natural and cruelty-free.MIIN Cosmetics X LDCMIIN Cosmetics X LDC K-Beauty Sweet Dream Deep Sleeping Mask* – Lone Design Club

I’ve been attending some press events online on Zoom since lockdown started. I hope these events continue to be online as it meets I can ‘go’ to a lot of the London launches that I can’t usually attend being up in Glasgow. I went to an event with K-beauty brand MIIN Cosmetics to launch their online curated pop-up shop with Lone Design Club, where you can purchase their post popular products. If you are interested in K-beauty and that ‘glass skin’ look, but don’t know where to start, their already created edits will get you started. I love this Sleeping Mask – a sheet mask scented with lavender that you use before going to sleep. Tropic Skincare Tamanu Healing Balm reviewTropic Skincare Tamanu Healing Balm* – £32, Tropic Skincare

I finishen REN Evercalm and now this is the replacement. I’ve fallen in love with it. Like most ‘green’ plant-based skincare, the smell isn’t great; but they are so rcih in nutrients to calm, soothe and repair damaged and irritated skin. This balm melts into a beautiful oil and it’s great on sunburn, patches of dry skin, scars, insect bites… If your skin is in trouble, gently massage in this balm. It also gives antioxidant protection too (from blackcurrant extract and raspberry seed extract). Tamanu oil promotes the formation of new skin tissue, promotes healing and is antibacterial, and cupuacu butter hydrates, soothes and softens skin.

This post contains press samples, but all opinions are my own.

You can see more of what i’m loving, and what i’m doing, over on my Instagram.
