This is one of the best face masks that I have ever tried, and i’ve tried A LOT! It looks luxurious, feels luxurious and it has that high-end skincare price tag; but it’s worth it and it delivers what it promises.
The Temple Spa The Contourist Firming & Brightening Sheet Mask* (£50 for 6 from Temple Spa) is right up there for me. Firstly, it fits the contours of your face perfectly- there are no gaps like you get with most sheet masks. This one is a fabric mask, so the serum-soaked material of this and it’s double fastening design means that you get that really snug fit. It goes from your forehead right down to under your chin and then from ear to ear. You hook the mask onto your ears both from under your chin upwards and across the way from the sides of your face.
Due to the material of the sheet mask being more fabric-like, it feels like it is holds more serum in it. It’s actually environmentally-friendly bio-cellulose but it does really feel more like cloth. You can definitely wear this for longer than any other mask i’ve tried, before it starts to feel dry. It’s designed to firm, lift, brighten and plump the skin and you see instant results; making this a great mask to wear before a special event.

The serum contains Vitamin C to brigthen, stimulate collagen production and act as an antioxidant. It also contains anti-aging hero peptides. Peptides are the building blocks of collagen and elastin. They trigger cell renewal to give you that youthful plumpness, smoothness and radiance. There’s also prebiotics to support your skin’s natural microbiome – meaning that your skin’s good bacteria on the surface is able to fight against bad bacteria and stop it from entering the skin.
The very strange-looking gadget that you can see with this mask is Temple Spa’s The Elevator* (£20 from Temple Spa). I like to use this on my jaw area to massage my jaw area to lift it upwards. It’s a great way to work in any excess serum left from the mask. They help your skin to be stronger and to look healthier.
It’ll come as no surprise that I am going to really recommend this mask and gadget. It’s such a great experience to use and with just using these masks once per week, you do see promising results and improvements. They also give your face and chin an instant firming and tightening, which is great pre-makeup for a special occassion. The healthy glow after using this mask is insane too!
