According to scientists, these unique boulders were in fact formed around 60 million years ago by ancient sea sediments. Like an assembly of planets, these clusters of boulders make visitors feel like they are embarking on alien terrain. Though some of these boulders are partially encased in cliffs in the surrounding areas, others fully reveal their distinctive beauty through colourful patterns showcased through the cracks of the spheres, to display beautiful mosaic designs, almost like the shell of a turtle.
