There are quite a few new products and purchases that i’m loving at the moment, so I thought i’d group them together in one post.
The Body Shop Smoky 2-In-1 Gel Eyeliner, £10
As i’ve said many times, I am rubbish at applying eyeliner. The easiest method for me is gel eyeliner with a small eyeliner brush. This new release from The Body Shop is so handy. The pot handle turns into a tiny brush- perfect for precision, and the pot at the bottom is filled with the gel. I have the black shade, and it is highly pigmented and so easy to smudge if you want a smokey-eyed look. It doesn’t budge all day either. This product is actually a 2-in-1, as it can be used on brows too.
Bare Minerals Marvelous Moxie Lip Liner in Exhilarated, £13
I’m also loving this nude shade of Bare Mineral’s Marvelous Moxie Lip Liner. It is soft and creamy and a dream to apply. I’ve also been filling in my lips with it too and then just popping a gloss on top, and it is such a pretty muted colour.
Soap & Glory The Ultimelt Cleanser, £10
I am obsessed with this cleanser. I actually can’t remember ever loving a cleanser more. It smells gorgeous- a relaxing lavender scent, and leaves my skin feeling very soft and squeaky clean. It’s great at removing make-up too; but waterproof eye make-up needs a separate cleanse first. This is a hot cloth cleanser, and I use it at night as it’s the perfect pre-bedtime pamper treat.
Pedi-Sox, £12 and Sofspa, £10
I love giving my feet DIY pedicures at home. These socks are so handy to pop on after you’ve applied your foot cream, as they have cut-out toes so you can paint your nails without smudging them whilst still keeping your newly soft feet clean. The Pedi-Sox organix foot cream Sofspa is also so effective at tackling dry, hard skin and it smells great.
Label M Texturising Volume Spray, £12.95
This dry mist spray is great at creating volume when sprayed into the roots, and gives an excellent edgy bed-head tousled look when worked into your strands. What’s great is that it gives your hair great hold too. without leaving it sticky or crispy.
