I had such a lovely Sunday lunch a few weeks ago with some blogger friends at The Trading House in Glasgow. The whole experience was so Instagram-able, so I wanted to share the photographs I took with you. They had the most amazing live lounge singer too that sounded flawless like a produced track.
Their Sunday Roast menu costs £11.95 and runs all day until they run out of food. You can either have roast chicken or beef with all the trimmings, including a Yorkshire pudding and stuffing too. I might have ordered an extra Yorkshire pudding… maybe. Everything was delicious and the beef was carved nice and thick.
Before lunch was served, we chatted and drunk tea from pretty teacups over the Sunday papers – well, I took all the style magazines out of them and then discarded the rest! Lots of Bloody Marys (£6.95) were also consumed, or refreshing Mojitos (£7.95) for people like me who can’t bear the sight of tomato juice.
The Trading House is such a relaxed location to have Sunday lunch at – especially with a group of girl friends, as you can while away the afternoon drinking cocktails and playing with Snapchat filters as we did.
I was invited by The Trading House to a blogger lunch, but all opinions are my own.
