Last week I attended a Debenhams press event- their Debenhams Summer Soiree party at Gusto restaurant in Glasgow. Gorgeous swimwear from their Designers at Debenhams labels were showcased, and I adore some of the pieces. I wanted to share with you my top picks from their swimwear ranges, plus some exclusive snapshots from the event itself.
I love both the multi-coloured and the geometric offerings from the Principles by Ben de Lisi collection. They have very flattering deep V necklines for fuller busts like mine. The J by Jasper Conran banana leaf print swimsuit is in a perfect tropical beach print, and the uniquely-cut bikini set from Butterfly by Matthew Williamson would be a great choice for someone who is worried about showing off their upper arms, or just wants some extra protection from the sun.
The Debenhams Summer Soiree press event was a lovely evening that allowed me to catch up with friends over cocktails and canapes, some beautiful swimwear and top beauty picks from the likes of Too Faced and Murad. Temporary metallic tattoo brand Bare Baroque were also there to cover us in their creations; plus florist Lorraine Wood taught us how to make boho flower crowns. Have a peek at what went on…
