This sheet mask totally saved me from a massive hangover this week. It turned me from a zombie into looking fresh-faced and awake again.

The Beauty Pro Brightening Collagen Mask with Vitamin C (£14.16 for 5 from Beauty Pro) looks and feels like a standard fibre sheet mask. You unfold it and place it on your face for 15 minutes; massaging the excess serum into your skin when you remove it. 

The mask has been designed to have anti-aging (via the collagen ingredient) as well as brightening (via the Vitamin C) benefits. It brightens and improves skin tone, firms the skin, diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and improves elasticity. 

When I put this mask on earlier this week, I was terribly hungover – my skin was sallow, dull and I had dark circles under my eyes too. When I took the mask off, my skin looked bright, plump and firm. I looked awake and healthy instead of looking like I hadn’t slept for a month. People were actually complimenting me on my skin when I went out again later that night. I love this mask and think it’s a great pick-me-up for skin that is dull and needs a boost. I think if you used this mask regularly, you would see more of the anti-aging benefits too; although after just one use, my skin felt very soft and smooth.
